Cancellation Policy

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy To confirm your child's spot in our summer camp, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of registration. This deposit will be applied toward the total camp fee. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your child’s registration, we require at least one week (7 days) notice prior to the start of the camp session to receive a refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with less than one week’s notice will forfeit the deposit. Make-Up Days: Please note that make-up days are not available unless an open spot becomes available during another camp session. We cannot guarantee availability for make-ups. Thank you for understanding and helping us maintain a smooth and enjoyable camp experience for all! Private and Semi-Private Cancellation and Booking Policy Sewing Lesson Cancellation & Payment Policy To ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all our students, please review the following policies: Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full for the missed lesson. Payment Policy: New students are required to pay in advance for the first month of lessons to reserve their spot. After the first month, lessons may be billed monthly. Students with an outstanding balance of 4 or more lessons will not be permitted to attend further classes until payment is made in full.
